  • WAY Sambal Sauce 200g
  • Clams (Lala) 1kg
  • Garlic (5 cloves)
  • Sliced Yellow Onion x1
  • Ginger 60g
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Soak the clams in salt water for 30 mins and scrub the dirt off them using a stiff brush.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat.
  3. Add yellow onion, garlic, ginger and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add Lala & WAY Sambal Sauce along with some sugar to neutralize the spiciness (personal preference).
  5. Mix well & cook for 2 - 3 minutes until lala open.
  6. Serve and enjoy Sambal Lala ~!
